Glade is a room divider and trellis, which with its strict yet organic forms, are inspired by nature”™s shoreline shrubbery. The idea was to create a trellis that also worked without plants and with several together, they can create places and gathering points in open environments, hence the name Glade. ”œI think it”™s good to feel the presence of nature in the home and in public environments. I also wanted to explore the possibilities of working in wood bending – something that I haven”™t done before.” Glade is manufactured at a carpentry in Malmö, and is made from ash from Söderåsen.
